TODAY: Marriage Equality In The Courts

U.S. District Judge Michael McShane of Oregan said Friday he would issue his decision at noon today on challenge to the state’s same-sex marriage ban. Marriages could commence immediately unless McShane puts a stay on his own decision. Democratic Gov. John Kitzhaber supports marriage equality and Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum refused to defend the ban in the court.
