Donald Sterling on his tenants, “Is she one of those black people that smell...evict the bitch."

Donald Sterling who made his fortune from buying low income section 8 housing and  paid $2.7 million in housing discrimination settlement case for refusing to rent to and evict tenants.

Upon learning that one of his tenants was blind, living in ankle deep water, had no working toilet, no working shower nor refrigerator or stove; according one of Sterling’s employee’s his response was “Is she one of those black people that smell?” and “Evict the bitch.”

Sterling’s wife was no saint either and impersonated a government employee in order to gain access to tenant’s apartments in order to determine their race.
