Primary Season is now under way as Senate Minority leader Mitch McConnell defeated his Tea Party challenger in a $12 million dollar spending spree. Primaries were held in 6 states across the country and the word of the day was Koch, as in Koch Brothers cash! It seems the Koch’s only invest in a bargain and when it comes to bargain basement, nothing compares to the Republican Party.

In other election news, previously passed voter referendum’s banning same-sex marriage have for a 2nd day in a roll been overturned in court cases in Oregon and today in Pennsylvania. Considering that Americans have “evolved” on marriage, young Democratic voters just aren’t feeling it this year and in many precincts, voter apathy is now “Yes we can. Sit this one out. Again. And bitch about nothing getting done. Later.”

Today, the organizers of last week’s failed non-event "American Spring" to arrest Obama, unveiled the sequel; American Spring II; Spring Harder and their supporters are still busy making hilarious YouTube videos. This time they found the one black guy that’s into all the Republican Santorum. In other Santorum news, it turns out the former Congressman previously supported Bush’s nomination of the federal judge who today overturned Pennsylvania’s ban on same-sex marriage.

From “pro-voter ID” Tea Baggers who can’t vote because they forgot their voter ID to Republicans saying voting rights are for property owners, and Sarah Palin’s brain bloviating her lack of sense, Republicans forge ahead to a likely take over of Congress because Benghazi!

Even with all the proclamations that Republicans can’t win and even Ralph Nader making a political cameo this primary season, it all comes down to Koch money and all of their foundations! It’s a big club, and you ain’t in it!

Pennsylvanie Republican Governor Tom Corbett who is up for re-election now finds himself in a tug of war to appeal today’s decision overturning Pennsylvania’s ban on same-sex marriage. Both the American Civil Liberties Union and the anti-gay hate group Pennsylvania Family Council have started petitions hoping to sway the Governor for or against an appeal on today’s ruling.

Tomorrow, Gov. Corbett kicks off his re-election campaign along sides Texas Governor Rick Perry in Canonsburg, PA at an event billed as “Energy Families for Corbett” and by “energy families”  they mean the Koch Brothers.

It seems Catholics have found self-loathing, depressed gays and lesbians who “are not gay,” they’re just lonely and wanting to fill that void by "developing same-sex attractions.” The Catholic church has long held anti-gay views on LGBT workplace protections and marriage equality, among others but you can’t convince the people of this in this video. One of the men confused about their sexuality explains, “I used to think I was a gay man. I’m not gay. I’m a Catholic man.”

All this crap reminds me of that scene from The Exorcist!
